- Extremely close to nearby employers like Mediummune, Lockheed Martin, NIST, Astrizenicia, Shady Grove Adventist Hospital and many more.
- There are restaurants within just a few footsteps of the Colonnade including Brasserie Beck, CAVA, Chipotle, Coal Fire Pizza and Panera Bread. There are also smaller, locally owned ethnic restaurants like Batik, Yoyogi Sushi and Vasillis Mediterranean Grill.
